5. Note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled as indicated on the screening exercise slip that you printed out after your online registration.

6. The scheduled date, time, and venue will be indicated on the test slip. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.

7. All Applicants for the screening exercise are required to adhere to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
