It is important to note that only candidates who have chosen or changed their institution to Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro through JAMB, and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS, will be considered for admission.
How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro Post UTME Form
Prospective candidates who wish to gain admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro are required to fill out the institution’s form online. The form can be accessed at either of the following URLs: www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng or www.federalpolytechnicilaro.net. To complete the process, each applicant is expected to pay a screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00). Please note that the authorized banks for this exercise are: United Bank For Africa (UBA) Plc, WEMA Bank Plc, SKYE Bank Plc, UNION Bank Plc, Ilaro Poly Micro-Finance Bank, Access Bank Plc, Ekuombe Micro Finance Bank, Zenith Bank Plc. All transactions must be processed on the REMITA platform.

Application Guideline for Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro
To apply for admission into the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, follow the steps below:
Log on to federalpolyilaro.edu.ng
Click on “College Portal” on the main menu and scroll down to “New Application”
Click on the “Generate Invoice” button to generate your invoice. Fill in your name and other details as they appear on your credentials, and select your program and course of study.
Proceed to the bank with the invoice generated. Pay at the bank and obtain the RRR number.
Return to the portal, repeat steps 1-3 above, and click on the “Fill Application form” button.
Enter the RRR number obtained from the bank and complete the application form.
Scan and upload the following:
One color passport-size photograph of not more than 50kb in the space provided on the online form.
O’level result(s) for candidates who are not awaiting their results.
All awaiting result candidates should indicate their year of examination and registration number and put (AR) in the columns provided for this purpose. They should, however, upload their result when available.
7. Confirm and submit. Print a copy of the Acknowledgement Slip.
Note:
– All applicants are expected to upload clear and readable copies of their credentials. Applicants whose uploaded credentials are not easily readable would forfeit their admission.
– The invoice and RRR must be obtained in the name of the applicant; the invoice must be generated from the Portal. The Invoice contains the RRR to be processed.
– The institution shall not be liable for complications that may arise when RRR is generated and payment is processed without going through the Portal.
– Applicants for Awaiting Result are allowed to submit their credentials whenever they get them. Obtaining screening forms is a continuous exercise.
– All candidates are expected to supply personal phone numbers and e-mail addresses on their forms. However, notification of admission shall be via the institution’s website.
– All applicants are strongly advised to check the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro website at regular intervals to get more updated information, instructions, and notifications.
– Applicants are requested to please note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out after their online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
– All applicants for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
