Please note that only candidates who selected Crown Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or those who are seeking a change of institution through JAMB, and have scored the minimum required cut-off mark, are eligible to apply for admission. Applicant Eligible for Crown Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the Crown Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants must have selected Crown Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or have requested a change of institution to Crown Polytechnic through JAMB. Additionally, they must have obtained the minimum required cut-off mark. Please note that only applicants who have chosen Crown Polytechnic or made a change to Crown Polytechnic through JAMB, and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS, will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for Crown Polytechnic Post UTME Form
Prospective applicants are required to complete the admission process by logging on to the school admission portal at www.crownpolytechnic.edu.ng and following the instructions provided on the website. To obtain the online admission application scratch card, applicants can purchase it for N5,500 from Crown Polytechnic’s main campus in Ado-Ekiti or accredited agents at selected locations in the country. Please ensure that you fill out the form correctly and upload two 2 x 2 passport photographs in jpeg format. Once you have completed the online admission application, you can check your admission entry status 48 hours later using the same PIN and Serial No on your Admission Scratch Card.
If you are granted provisional admission, please print out both the Attestation form and Application Confirmation slip.

Please note that the Screening Exercise will take place on the date and time indicated on the screening exercise slip you printed out after completing your online registration. You must attend the test on the scheduled date and time as no consideration will be given to candidates who fail to do so.
