Applicant Eligible for MTU Post UTME Screening
“To be eligible for the Post-UTME screening at MTU, you must meet the requirements specified by the university.”
- Candidates who scored the minimum required cut-off mark in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and chose (MTU) as their first choice are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must obtain at least five Credit level grades in (SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB) O’ Level subjects or their equivalent, acquired in no more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates who chose (MTU) as their first/second choice institution or are seeking a change of institution to (MTU) through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form with A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualification.

How to Apply for MTU Post UTME Form
Learn how to apply for the Mountain Top University 2024/2025 Post UTME as the form is now available. See below for details.
- You can visit the official admission portal of Mountain Top University by going to mtu.edu.ng.
- To access the information for prospective students of 2024/2025, click on the “Student” tab and choose “2024/2025 Prospective Students” from the dropdown menu.
- To begin a new application, please click on the button that says “Start a Fresh Application”.
- Provide your name, active mobile number, and email address, then click “Continue”.
- To complete your payment, please download and print the payment voucher.
- Please take note of the following instructions. Take a printout of your Payment Voucher and visit any of the banks listed below. You will be required to make a payment of N5,000 (for Undergraduate/Direct Entry students) or N20,000 (for Transfer students) only. Please ensure that you make your payment to any of the following banks:

MTU UTME Screening Date 2024/2025
Kindly note that the screening schedule for the MTU Post UTME will be communicated to all eligible candidates through the email addresses and phone numbers provided during registration. It is important to use a valid email address and phone number while registering to ensure that you receive important updates.
Please be advised that candidates who miss their scheduled screening exercise will not be considered for admission into any program at the university for the 2024/2025 academic session.
