Applicant Eligible for Kings Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the Kings Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants who have selected Kings Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution or are seeking to change their institution to Kings Polytechnic through JAMB must have scored the minimum required cut-off mark to be eligible to apply. It’s important to note that only those who have chosen or changed their institution through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.
The post-UTME screening form for Kings Polytechnic Ubiaja costs N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira Only). To apply, visit the Kings Polytechnic Ubiaja post-UTME screening portal at kingpolytechic.com, and use your JAMB registration number as your User name.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) using your JAMB registration number as the username and the default password as your password.
2. Proceed to make a payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only as online fees into the Kings Polytechnic Ubiaja account using any Bank of your choice.
3. Upload your recent passport-size photograph.
4. Fill out the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields provided.
5. Indicate your Scratch Card PIN Number for ‘O’ Levels verification (i.e. WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB). Awaiting results for any relevant subject should be indicated and could be updated at a later date.
6. Note that the original copies of your credentials will be verified at the point of physical screening at the Faculty.
Please note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip that you printed out after your Online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
All applicants for the screening exercise must stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
