Candidates Eligible for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Screening 2024/2025
“To be considered for the post-UTME screening at FUOTUOKE, you must meet the eligibility criteria.”
- Candidates who selected Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 170 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must obtain at least five credit-level grades in not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level or equivalent.
- Direct Entry candidates with A-Level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualifications who chose FUOTUOKE as their first or second choice institution, or those seeking a change of institution to FUOTUOKE through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Form 2024/2025
Please note that candidates who wish to apply must make a non-refundable payment of N2,000 using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Mastercard to obtain the application form. For detailed instructions on how to apply online, please visit www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng. Additionally, candidates need to upload the following documents; a passport-size photograph, a copy of their 2024 JAMB UTME original result printout, a copy of their WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Ordinary Level result, a copy of their LGA identification letter, and a copy of their birth certificate or age declaration. It’s important to note that the screening exercise is scheduled as indicated on the screening exercise slip that candidates printed out after their online registration. The screening exercise slip will show the scheduled date, time, and venue.
