Candidates Eligible for FUNAI Post UTME Screening 2024/2025
“To qualify for the FUNAI Post UTME screening, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by the institution.”
- Candidates who chose Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike FUNAI as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) must have scored a minimum of 170.
- Candidates must obtain a minimum of five credit-level grades in not more than two sittings of SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level or equivalent.
- Direct Entry candidates who have A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualifications, selected FUNAI as their first/second choice institution, or wish to change their institution to FUNAI through JAMB and have obtained 2024 Direct Entry JAMB forms.

How to Apply for FUNAI Post UTME Form 2024/2025
- Visit the FUNAI admission portal at funai.edu.ng. Go to Admissions in the top menu or Quick Links.
- Please click on one of the following options based on your admission status for the year 2024/2025: 2024/2025 UTME Admission Screening – 2024/2025 Direct Entry Admission Screening
- Please click on the option that reads “Prospective Students”.
- Please click on the “Click to Apply” button located under the 2024/2025 Admission Screening Application.
- Please provide your JAMB registration number.
- Please choose your preferred payment method and generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number.
- To make your payment, please proceed to any bank and provide them with your Remita number.
- Please navigate back to the application page and provide your JAMB registration number.
- Please proceed to complete the form.
- Please proceed with submitting your application. Let me know if you need any assistance with the process.
- Remember to print your acknowledgment slip and bring it with you to the Post-UTME/Direct Entry Test. You can upload your results on the result upload page.
- Please replace the words “Examination Centre” and “Examination Number” with an asterisk (*) when entering the information.
- Please select the relevant O’Level subjects.
- Please select “AR” (Awaiting Result) for the grades of all the subjects that you have chosen.
- “Please make sure to perform the same action on the confirmation page for uploading the result.”
FUNAI Post UTME Screening Date and Requirements
The screening date for AE-FUNAI 2024/2025 Post UTME and Direct Entry candidates is set to take place from Tuesday, 2nd November 2023 to Friday, 5th November 2024. The screening tests will be conducted at the University’s Computer Based Test (CBT) Centre, located at Zone A on the University Campus. Each registered candidate will receive communication about their test date and time through the registration acknowledgment slip, which can be printed from the University Portal.
Candidates are required to come with the following items:
- It is essential to have a printed Registration Acknowledgement Slip that shows the test date and time.
- Download and print Registration Acknowledgement Slips and UTME Result Slips from the University website.
- Direct Entry (DE) candidates must bring their original Direct Entry Application Slip which should show the candidate’s coloured picture.
- Pencil.
Candidates should note that the screening exercise date, time, and venue are on their test slip which was printed after completing the online registration.
