To be eligible for admission, you must have at least five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in not more than two sittings in either your West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or National Examination Council (NECO) exams.

To obtain the form, interested applicants need to pay a non-refundable fee of N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira only) into Zenith Bank with the account number 1013876303 and account name Min of Health, Sub Account.
After making the payment, applicants should take the original and photocopy of the receipt and bank teller to the Department of Nursing, Ministry of Health, Secretariat Complex, Yenagoa, to collect the entrance application form.
