Applicant Eligible for ABSU Post UTME Screening
“To be considered for the ABSU Post UTME screening, you must meet the eligibility criteria.”
- Candidates who chose Abia State University as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored at least 170, are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must obtain at least five credit-level grades in not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level or equivalent.
- Direct Entry candidates with A-Level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualifications who selected ABSU as their first or second choice institution, or those seeking a change of institution to ABSU through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

~To apply for admission to ABSU, kindly visit the official ABSU admission portal at portal.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng and generate an invoice.
~Please proceed to any of our designated banks listed below and make a payment of N2,000.00 only.

~To continue with your application process, please revisit the ABSU portal at portal.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng and click on the “Applicant” section.
~Please select the ABSU Aptitude Test.
~Make sure to complete the Application Form and upload a clear passport photograph. Download a copy as evidence of registration to avoid rejection of the candidate.
Please be advised that the Screening Exercise will be conducted on the date, time, and venue specified on the screening exercise slip that you printed out after your online registration. We kindly request you to take note of the details mentioned on the slip.
