Applicant Eligible for UNIMAID Post UTME Screening
“To qualify for the Post UTME screening at UNIMAID, you must meet the eligibility criteria.”
- Candidates who selected the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 170 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates are required to obtain at least five Credit level grades in (SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB) O’ Level or equivalent, taken in not more than two sittings.
- UNIMAID is accepting Direct Entry candidates with A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualifications, who have selected the institution as their first or second choice, or are seeking a change of institution to UNIMAID through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

How to Apply for UNIMAID Post UTME Form
- To log in, please use your JAMB registration number both as your username and password.
- If you succeed, please provide a valid email address and click “submit”.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you. Click the confirmation button in the email to proceed to the login page.
- When you log in again, use your Jamb number as both your username and password. You will be prompted to update your password after logging in.
- Once you have updated your password, you will be automatically directed to the payment page.
- Once you have completed the payment, you can log in using your username, which is either your email address or JAMB number, and your password.
- Please proceed with your registration.
- Upon arrival to the course selection page, you will need to provide the following information.
- For your UTME first choice, you can only select a course whose requirements are equal to or below your JAMB score.
- UTME second choice
- After completing your UTME registration, you will be directed to a biodata form where you should fill in all the required fields. Your passport photograph will also be required. Save your entries and click next to proceed.
- When applying, please provide your O-level results. You can provide a maximum of two sittings.
- If you are waiting for results, click on the “Awaiting Results” button. Once the results are available, you can return and update them.
- In the next step, please provide details of your previous educational institutions attended and the qualifications obtained. If you are a DE student, make sure to include your grades from any post-secondary school you attended.
- Next, you will be directed to the upload page to scan and upload your certificates and results.
- Once you have completed the registration, please click on the submit button.
