Applicant Eligible for Osun State Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To be considered for the Osun State Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants who have chosen Osun State Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or are seeking to change their institution to Osun State Polytechnic through JAMB, must have scored the minimum required cut-offmark. It is important to note that only applicants who have chosen or changed their institution through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for Osun State Polytechnic Post UTME Form
Please note that the screening fee for Osun State Polytechnic is N2,000.00 only. To register for the screening exercise, eligible candidates should visit the Osun State Polytechnic website at www.ospoly.edu.ng and follow the steps below:
1. Click on the student portal at https://ospoly.edu.ng/
2. Select Post UTME from the options on the page
3. Enter your Full Name and E-mail address (unique email address)
4. Click Proceed to Payment
5. Make payment of the stated amount using the ATM Card of any Bank of choice
6. Print out your registration slip
Kindly come along with photocopies of your JAMB result slip and O’level results to the Academic Affairs Building of the Polytechnic for the screening exercise on a date that will be communicated to you soon.
Please take note that applicants are required to attend the Screening Exercise as per the schedule mentioned on the screening exercise slip they received after registering online. The test slip includes the date, time, and venue of the scheduled screening. It is important to attend the screening on the exact date and time as per the test slip. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
All applicants who have registered for the screening exercise are required to attend the examination on the dates specified on their test slip, which was printed out during the online registration process.
