Applicant Eligible for Mater Dei Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To be considered for the Mater Dei Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants who have chosen Mater Dei Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or those who are seeking a change of institution to Mater Dei Polytechnic through JAMB, must have obtained the minimum required cut-off mark. Only applicants who have chosen or changed to Mater Dei Polytechnic through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be eligible for admission.
How to Apply for Mater Dei Polytechnic Post UTME Form
Please note the following instructions for the Mater Dei Polytechnic post-UTME screening process:
1. Visit the Mater Dei Polytechnic post-UTME screening portal at materdeiploy.edu.ng
2. Use your JAMB registration number as your username to log in.
3. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) with your JAMB registration number as your username and password as the default.
4. Make a payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only as online fees into a Mater Dei Polytechnic account using any bank of your choice.
5. Upload a recent passport-size photograph.
6. Fill out the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields as provided.
7. Indicate your Scratch Card PIN Number for ‘O’ Levels verification (i.e. WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB). Awaiting results for any relevant subject should be indicated and could be updated at a later date.
Please note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled in the screening exercise slip that you printed out after your online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue shall be indicated on the test slip.
It is important to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
