“To qualify for the Post UTME screening of MAAUN, certain eligibility criteria need to be met.”
- Candidates who selected MAAUN as their first choice in UTME and scored the minimum cut-off mark are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must obtain a minimum of five Credit level grades in not more than two sittings in (SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB) O’ Level result or equivalent.
- Direct Entry candidates who chose MAAUN as their first/second choice institution or seeking a change of institution to MAAUN through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form with A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualification.

How to Apply for MAAUN Post UTME Form
The Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria has released its Post UTME form for the 2024/2025 academic session. The cost of the form is N2,000 (Two thousand Naira Only) and it is non-refundable. To apply for the MAAUN Post UTME, follow these steps:
- Visit https://maaun.net/
- Click on the result-checking portal.
- Enter your UTME registration number
- Click on Check Result
Please note that before the University can offer admission to any candidate, they must have uploaded their O’Level results on CAPS. Once admission is offered, the candidate must either accept or reject the admission to CAPS before JAMB’s closure of CAPS for the year. This is necessary to be on JAMB’s Matriculation list for the year.
Also, applicants are advised to ensure their pictures are clear and identifiable. Invalid email addresses and defunct phone numbers should be avoided as candidates will miss out on important information the school may want to relay.
