To qualify for the Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants who have selected Grundtvig Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution or are seeking a change of institution to Grundtvig Polytechnic through JAMB must have scored the minimum required cut-off mark. It should be noted that only applicants who have chosen or changed to Grundtvig Polytechnic through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME Form
After paying their school fees, candidates are required to visit the Grundtvig Polytechnic portal to register their details and obtain their registration number. The registration number will be contained in a printout that will be generated after a successful online registration. It is important to note that the payment teller/receipt from the bank must be uploaded along with other specified credentials on the portal.
Candidates should submit a copy of the printout obtained in Step 1, evidence of payment of prescribed fees, and photocopies of their credentials for documentation at the Exams and Records unit. The Office of the Exams and Records will then issue Course registration forms to successful candidates.
To participate in the screening and registration process, the following requirements are needed:
– Original and three (3) photocopies of JAMB (UTME) Results Slip.
– Original and three (3) photocopies of the JAMB Provisional Admission Letter (Institution’s copy).
– Original and three (3) photocopies of the Receipt of Payment of the Acceptance Fee and Processing Fee.
– Original and three (3) photocopies of O’Level SSCE/NECO/WAEC/NABTEB etc. Certificate(s) / online printout of the result.
– Original and three (3) photocopies of Birth Certificate/Affidavit of Declaration of Age.
– Original and three (3) photocopies of Evidence of Change of Name (if applicable).
– Original and three (3) photocopies of Identification / Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
– Original and three (3) photocopies of the Medical Report of Fitness (visit the Polytechnic Clinic to collect the Medical Examination Form).
– Original and three (3) photocopies of a letter of reference from a person of reputable standing in the society (e.g. Clergyman, Senior Public Servant, Notary public) vouching for your good behavior.
– Four (4) Recent Passport-Sized Photographs.
Candidates are advised to take note of the Screening Exercise scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out during their online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue will be indicated on the test slip. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
All applicants for the screening exercise must adhere to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
