Applicant Eligible for Graceland Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To be considered for the Graceland Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants must have chosen Graceland Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or have requested a change of institution to Graceland Polytechnic through JAMB, and must have scored the minimum cut-off mark as required. It is important to note that only applicants who have chosen or changed their institution through JAMB, and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS, will be considered for admission.
How to Apply for Graceland Polytechnic Post UTME Form
All eligible candidates are required to log on to the Polytechnic portal www.fpo.edu.ng to complete the following steps:
1. Make an online payment.
2. Fill in their details and the security form.
3. Upload their results and other necessary credentials.
4. Print out their security form and post-screening slip.
5. Submit the printed security form personally at the security office located in the Main Campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku Road Offa, Kwara State.
All candidates must make an online payment of #2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only with an ATM card that is Interswitch compatible. Candidates should write their names in full, surname first, as written on their JAMB RESULT SLIP and O-level results/certificates. It is also mandatory for candidates to have a personal active email address.
Note that failure to comply with all the above-stated procedures and any false claim by candidates shall lead to disqualification and forfeiture of admission at any time it is discovered. The deadline for completion of the screening exercise is October 2024.
The scheduled date, time, and venue of the screening exercise shall be indicated on the test slip that candidates printed out after their online registration. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
