• Candidates who chose Federal University Lafia FULAFIA as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 170 can apply.
• Candidates must obtain at least five credit-level grades in not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB O’Level or equivalent.
• Direct Entry candidates with A-level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualifications who chose FULAFIA as their first or second choice institution or are seeking a change of institution to FULAFIA through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

How to Apply for FULAFIA Post UTME Form 2024/2025

1. You can visit the admission portal of FULAFIA by clicking on the following URL: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng/putme/login.php.
2. Please enter your UTME Registration Number and then click on the login button to proceed.
3. Make sure to check that the information on the payment page is accurate.
4. Add your phone number and email address, and then click the “Pay Now” button to complete the payment for the generated RRR.
5. You have the option to make your payment either online or at the nearest Commercial Bank branch.
6. If you opt for online payment, you will be redirected to Remita, where you can choose from five payment options:

•     To access Internet banking, simply choose your bank from the drop-down menu and follow the prompts.
• To pay, please print the invoice and visit any commercial bank branch to proceed.
• To complete your payment using MasterCard, please enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV, and then click on the “Pay” button.
• You can use your Paga Account as an eWallet.
• Dial *737*000*Your RRR# on your phone number registered with GTB or *770*000*Your RRR# on your phone number registered with FIDELITY Bank via USSD.

7. After making a successful payment, Remita will send you a receipt of the payment. Please initiate your payment from the FMIS Platform. If you do not generate an R on the portal, the school portal will not recognize your payment and it will be difficult for you to complete your registration. If you choose to pay via MasterCard, you will be redirected to a page where you can continue with your registration after successful payment. However, if you choose to pay via other options, you must log in again to your portal account and click on “Verify Payment Made”. Your payment will be instantly verified and you will be redirected to a page where you can continue with your registration.
8. Please make sure to complete the application form accurately and then click the “Submit” button.

Candidates should note that their screening exercise date, time, and venue are indicated on their test slip, which they printed after online registration.
