How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic, Offa Post UTME Form
Please note that all eligible candidates are required to log on to the Polytechnic portal www.fpo.edu.ng to complete the following steps:
- Make an online payment of #2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only using an ATM card that is Interswitch compatible.
- Fill in their details and the security form.
- Upload their O-level results/certificates and other necessary credentials.
- Print out their security form and post-screening slip.
- Submit the printed security form PERSONALLY at the security office on the Main campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku Road Offa, Kwara State.
Please ensure that you write your full name correctly, surname first, as written on your JAMB RESULT SLIP and O-level results/certificates. Additionally, all candidates must have a personal active email address.
Please note that failure to comply with the above-stated procedures and/or any false claim by candidates will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of admission at any time it is discovered.
The deadline for completing the above steps is December 2024. Please be aware that the screening exercise is scheduled as indicated in the screening exercise slip that you printed out after your online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue for the screening test will be indicated on the test slip.
Please be advised that consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time. All applicants for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
