To be considered for the Delta State Poly Post UTME screening, UTME applicants must have chosen Delta State Poly as their first or second choice institution or selected Delta State Poly as a change of institution through JAMB. Additionally, applicants must have scored the minimum required cut-off mark. It is important to note that only applicants who have selected or changed to Delta State Poly through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for Delta State Poly Post UTME Form

All interested candidates who wish to apply for admission at DSPZ are required to pay a Screening Fee of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira only). You can do this by logging on to dspz.mycportal.com and clicking on Online Application. Then, click on Start a New Application and fill in your details. You need to select your Programme Type, School, Department, and Programme for both first and second-choice courses.

After filling out the form, you should click on “Pay With Card” to make the payment using either a Verve or Master Card InterSwitch-enabled card. Once the payment is successful, an Application Number will be generated, and a Reference Number will be sent to the email address you provided. For further instructions, you can refer to the Online Information Guide.

All candidates are required to appear before the various screening panels with the following documents:

  • Five (5) recent passport photographs.
  • Photocopy of UTME Result slip.
  • Examination results to include: WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.
  • Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
  • Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
  • Two copies of your online Screening Application Form.

Please note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled in the screening exercise slip printed out after your Online registration. The test slip will indicate the scheduled date, time, and venue. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.

Furthermore, all Applicants for the screening exercise are required to adhere to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
