Applicant Eligible for Covenant University Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the Covenant University Post UTME screening, certain requirements must be met.
- Candidates who selected Covenant University as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and met the specified cut-off mark are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must obtain at least five Credit level grades in their (SSCE/ GCE/ NECO/ NABTEB) O’ Level results or the equivalent, acquired in no more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates with A level, OND, HND, NCE, or JUPEB qualifications can choose Covenant University as their first or second choice institution. They can also apply for a change of institution to Covenant University through JAMB if they have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

The cost of the Covenant University Post UTME form is N2,000, and it is nonrefundable. Here is how to apply for the Covenant University 2024/2025 Post UTME.

If you’re applying from Nigeria, here are the steps you need to follow:
- Visit https://admportal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng/ to begin your application process.
- Once you’ve completed the electronic application form, your admission consideration process will be activated.
- All electronic documents that you submit in support of your application must follow the guidelines outlined below.
NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE:
Please note the following information about the application process:
- The application fee is non-refundable and costs N7,000 (Seven Thousand Naira Only) for the 2024/2025 academic year.
- You can save your application form and complete it at a later date. –
- You will not be able to submit your application until the application fee is paid at the end of the form.
- If you choose to pay via card payment, a transaction charge of N900 (Nine Hundred Naira Only) will apply. If you choose to pay via bank or over-the-counter transaction, a transaction charge of N600 (Six Hundred Naira Only) will apply.
- Additionally, there is a post-UTME screening fee of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira Only). Please keep this information in mind as you complete your application.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS
Please ensure you have uploaded all the necessary documents for your application to be considered complete. The required documents include:
- Statement of Purpose (to be written in 500 words): The statement should be properly structured and written with relevant details. It should address your personal interests, objectives, motivation, and life goals. Please refer to the programs offered by different colleges for more information (https://admission.covenantuniversity.edu.ng/).
- Birth Certificate
- Scanned JAMB result for the current year with your visible passport photograph
- WAEC or NECO Result (if available)
- Letter of Sponsorship: This should be written and signed by your parents. The cost for the 2023/2024 academic year is N7,000 (Seven Thousand Naira Only).
Please note the following:
- You can save your application form and complete it later.
- You will not be able to submit your application until the application fee is paid at the end of the form.

You need to get three official recommendations for your application. These recommendations must be from persons who are in a position to appraise your potential for undergraduate study at Covenant University. The persons should include the following:
- Your Spiritual Leader
- Principal/Teacher of your last Secondary school
- An individual of your choice who is not a family member.

The Covenant University Post UTME screening date schedule will be sent to all qualified candidates via the email and phone number used during registration. Therefore, ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number while registering to avoid missing important updates.
Note that any candidate who fails to attend the screening exercise on the dates indicated will not be considered for admission into any of the university’s programs during the 2024/2025 academic session.
