How to Apply for Bayelsa State Polytechnic Post UTME Form

The Bayelsa State Polytechnic Post UTME form costs N7,000 (Seven Thousand Naira only) and is non-refundable. To apply for admission, follow the steps below:

  1. Obtain the application form at the former Bayelsa State College of Arts and Science (BYCAS) which is located opposite AIT Elebele. You need to present evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee of N7,000.00 at any branch of FIRST BANK PLC, using ACCOUNT NO. 2033731115.
  2. If you have UTME, do a change of Institution and course at www.jamb.org.ng/efacility, obtain a printout, and submit it alongside your Application Form.
  3. If you scored below 120 in the UTME or you don’t have a UTME score, log onto the JAMB CAPS website and register via www.jamb.org.ng/efacility to obtain the JAMB registration number.
  4. Note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip you printed out after your Online registration. The test slip will indicate the scheduled date, time, and venue. Please ensure that you take the screening test on the scheduled date and time. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
  5. All Applicants for the screening exercise must stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
