UniUyo GST Portal | University of UYO Facial Biometric Registration; We would like to inform you about an important change that will be implemented in the upcoming academic session. Starting from the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic session, the GST Examinations for Freshers (100 Level), Repeaters, and Direct Entry Students will be computerized. This means that you will take the exams on a computer instead of the traditional paper-based method.
To ensure that you are eligible to take the examinations, all concerned students must undergo biometric capturing. This process will help to create and store a digital record of your unique physical characteristics, such as fingerprints or facial features. This information will be used to verify your identity during the examination process.
We understand that this may be a new process for some of you, but we assure you that it is a safe and secure method of authentication. Therefore, we kindly request that you make arrangements to have your biometric information captured at a point nearest to you.
Please note that students whose biometric information is not captured will not be allowed to take the examinations. We encourage you to take this requirement seriously and not leave it to the last minute to avoid any inconvenience.
