How to Apply for UMTH School of Nursing Admission Form
Prospective nursing students, we are pleased to invite you to apply for the 2024/2025 academic session at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital. To participate in the online application process, please visit our application portal at www.umth.org.ng. Please make all payments through the UMTH Remita Platform “UMTH Schools Account” and bring evidence of payment to the school cashier to receive a hospital receipt. You can then collect your application form using the receipt. Please note that completed application forms must be returned to the Coordinator’s/Principal’s office before the deadline. Additionally, please provide two (2) recent passport photographs with a white background, photocopies of all your credentials, and an indigence certificate and birth certificate or declaration of age.
