- Candidates who wish to be considered for admission into Usmanu Danfodiyo University must have chosen the university as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 170.
- Candidates must obtain at least five credit-level grades in not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level or its equivalent.
- Direct Entry candidates with A level, OND, HND, NCE, or JUPEB qualifications who selected UDUSOK as their first or second choice institution or wish to change to UDUSOK as their institution of choice through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.
