Admission into the University of Benin Teaching Hospital for the 2024/2025 academic session is now open. Qualified candidates are advised to obtain and fill out the admission form as soon as possible. To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. These credits must be obtained at not more than two sittings in their West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or National Examination Council (NECO) examinations.

How to Apply for UBTH School of Nursing Admission Form
(UBTH) informs applicants to participate in the ongoing 2024/2025 Academic session application exercise by visiting the school premises.
- Application forms are obtainable in person from the Principal’s office with a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only. This should be made payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) Via the Remita Platform in any bank under the service type Training School – School Of Nursing.
- A separate payment of N200 to Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State Account No. 2004854377 First Bank of Nigeria Plc Benin City.
- Candidates are to submit four (4) recent colored passport photographs (taken in the preceding two weeks) while returning the completed application forms.
