Candidates Eligible for MAUTECH Post UTME Screening 2024/2025

“To be considered for the MAUTECH Post UTME screening, you must meet the eligibility criteria.”

  • Candidates who selected Modibbo Adama University of Technology MAUTECH as their first choice during the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 170 are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates must obtain at least five Credit level grades in not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level or equivalent.
  • Direct Entry candidates with A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualification who chose MAUTECH as their first/second choice institution or seeking a change of institution to MAUTECH through JAMB and have obtained 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

How to Apply for MAUTECH Post UTME Form 2024/2025

  1. Visit the MAUTECH Post UTME portal via mautech.edu.ng.
  2. Please click on the “Apply Now” button.
  3. You will be directed to the login page.
  4. To log in, please use your JAMB Number as both your username and password.
  5. You will be redirected to the REMITA payment platform to pay N2,000.
  6. Please select a payment option from the available choices, such as using an ATM card or bank transfer.

ATM Card Payment Option

  • To continue with your payment, please click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ icon.
  • Please choose the type of card you would like to select, such as MasterCard or Verve Card.
  • Please enter your card details along with your ATM PIN, and click on the ‘submit’ button to proceed.
  • To confirm your transaction, you will receive a confirmatory code through your phone or email. Please keep an eye out for it.
  • Please enter the OTP code that was sent to you to complete your transaction.
  • A sum of N2,000 will be debited from your account.
  • Upon completing the payment, you will be redirected to the registration platform to complete your registration.

Bank Payment Option

  • To continue with the payment process, please click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ icon.
  • Please select a bank.
  • Please provide the necessary information in the required fields and click on the ‘submit’ button to complete the process.
  • Print the e-invoice with the Remita Reference No. and pay N2,000 at any commercial bank.
  • The bank will generate a payment receipt for you.
  • Login to the school portal, click on the POST UTME link, select the existing applicant, and enter your JAMB.
  • Please use a number as both your username and password. You will then be directed to the registration platform to complete the registration process.

Please ensure to select the program of study of your choice from the list of available programs. In terms of educational qualification, please provide your SSCE results in not more than two sittings and include the centers and examination numbers. If applying through Direct Entry, kindly provide your diploma/statement of result obtained (ND, FIND, NCE, A level) and the institution and class.

For passport and document uploading, ensure to upload a recent passport photograph with a plain red background in JPEG format, not exceeding 50kb in size. The following documents should also be uploaded (not exceeding 100kb each): Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age, JAMB Result Slip for UTME/JAMB Acknowledgement Slip for DE, A Level Result (ND/HND/NCE/IJMB), and O’ Level Result(s) with a maximum of two sittings. Local Government Indigene Letter should also be uploaded.

Once all necessary documents have been uploaded, kindly cross-check and ensure that all entries are correct. Then, click on the ‘Apply’ button to submit your application. After the successful submission of your application, your application page will be displayed. Your JAMB Registration Number will serve as your Application ID (Password) and login Username. To obtain a printout of your application form, click on the ‘Print Application’ button.

Kindly note that candidates are required to take note of the screening exercise scheduled in the slip they printed after their online registration. The test slip will display the date, time, and venue of the scheduled screening exercise.
