To be eligible for the MAPOLY Post UTME screening, you must have chosen MAPOLY as your first or second choice institution or have requested a change of institution to MAPOLY through JAMB. It is important to note that only applicants who have chosen or changed to MAPOLY through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for MAPOLY Post UTME Form

Please follow these instructions to complete your application process:

1. Visit www.mapoly.edu.ng and log in.

2. Click on the “Prospective Students” button.

3. Fill out the application form with your details including your email address, and phone number, and upload your passport photograph.

4. Click on ‘submit’ to print your application form and screening slip.

5. Please note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled according to the screening exercise slip you printed after your Online registration.

6. The test slip will indicate the scheduled date, time, and venue. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.

7. Stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
