We would like to inform you that to complete your application, a non-refundable fee of N2,000 (Two thousand naira) is required via the MIAPOLY portal. Payment can be made using any of the available payment options.

To apply, please log on to the school admission portal at https://www.miapoly.edu.ng/ and follow the instructions carefully. Ensure that you fill out the application form accurately and provide all necessary information.

After submission, you will be required to present the original copies of the following credentials at the screening centers: O’ level results, JAMB result/acknowledgment slip, A’ level results, diploma or IJMB (as applicable to you), O’ level certificate/statement of result(s), 2 Passport Photographs, indigene letter, certificate of birth/declaration of age.

Please ensure that you pack these credentials in a quarto-sized envelope and label it with your name, department, and JAMB registration number.

It is important to note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled in the screening exercise slip that you printed out after your online registration. The date, time, and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Please ensure that you stick to the examination dates on the test slip during the online registration.

Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered. We advise that you arrive at the screening center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
