To be considered for the Lagos City Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants must have chosen Lagos City Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or they must have applied for a change of institution to Lagos City Polytechnic through JAMB. Additionally, they must have scored the minimum required cut-off mark to be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for Lagos City Polytechnic Polytechnic Post UTME Form
Please take note of the following instructions for the Lagos City Polytechnic post-UTME screening process. To begin, visit the screening portal at lagoscitypolytechnic.edu.ng and use your JAMB registration number as your username. Then, follow the steps below:
1. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) with your JAMB registration number as your username and password as the default password.
2. Proceed to make an online payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only into a Lagos City Polytechnic account using any bank of your choice.
3. Upload a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Fill out the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields as provided.
5. Indicate your Scratch Card Pin Number for ‘O’ Levels verification i.e. WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. If you are awaiting results for any relevant subject, please indicate it and update it at a later date.
6. Note that the original copies of your credentials will be verified at the point of physical screening at the faculty.
Please note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled in the screening exercise slip you printed out after your online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue will be indicated on the test slip. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
All Applicants for the screening exercise must stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
