How to Apply for Igbajo Polytechnic Post UTME Form

To apply for admission to the Polytechnic, please follow the steps below:

1. Log on to the Polytechnic portal www.fpo.edu.ng.

2. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) using your JAMB registration number as the username and password as the default password.

3. Pay the online fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) into a Harry Pass Polytechnic account using any bank of your choice.

4. Upload your recent passport-size photograph.

5. Fill out the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields as provided.

6. Provide your Scratch Card PIN Number for ‘O’ Levels verification, i.e. WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. If you are awaiting results for any relevant subject, indicate it and update it at a later date.

7. Please note that the original copies of your credentials will be verified at the point of physical screening at Faculty/Central levels in due course to ensure your qualification into the course subscribed for.

Failure to comply with all the above-stated procedures and any false claim by candidates shall lead to disqualification and forfeiture of admission at any time it is discovered.

The Screening Exercise is scheduled in the screening exercise slip, which you printed out after your online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.

All applicants for the screening exercise must stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
