If you would like to take part in the HUKPOLY Post UTME screening, please make sure that you chose HUKPOLY as your first or second choice institution, or have applied to switch to Auchi Poly through JAMB. Additionally, you must have scored at least the minimum required cut-off mark. Please note that only applicants who have chosen or switched their institution through JAMB, and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS, will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for HUKPOLY Polytechnic Post UTME Form
Prospective students who wish to apply for admission into the Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, Katsina, are required to log on to the school admission portal at www.hukpoly.edu.ng. Applicants must follow the instructions provided on the portal to complete the application process appropriately. Please note that all applicants are required to pay a sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only for screening. After payment, applicants will be prompted to fill out a profile page, print, and submit a copy to the Academic Office. Additionally, applicants must pay a sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N1,500.00) only for verification. Eligible candidates are to make payment through the payment options provided at the student’s portal: portal.hukpoly.edu.ng. Please note that the Polytechnic doesn’t accept cash payments.
All applicants for the National Diploma (ND) program are required to upload their ‘O’ Level results to the JAMB Portal and come along with evidence of upload during the screening exercise or evidence of payment made for the upload at ICT. Applicants are reminded to note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out after their Online registration. The test slip will indicate the scheduled date, time, and venue. It’s important to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
