How to Apply for  Heritage Polytechnic Post UTME Form

Kindly take note of the following instructions for the Heritage Polytechnic post-UTME screening exercise:

1. Visit the screening portal at www.heritagepoly.edu.ng and log in using your JAMB registration number as your username.

2. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) with your JAMB registration number as your username and the default password as your password.

3. Make a payment of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira only) as online fees into a Heritage Polytechnic account using any bank of your choice.

4. Upload a recent passport-size photograph.

5. Fill out the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields as provided.

6. Indicate your scratch card PIN for ‘O’ levels verification (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB). If you are awaiting results for any relevant subject, indicate it and update it at a later date.

7. Please note that the original copies of your credentials will be verified at the point of physical screening at Faculty/Central levels in due course to ensure your qualification into the course subscribed for.

8. Take note of the scheduled date, time, and venue of the screening exercise as indicated on the test slip. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.

9. All applicants for the screening exercise must stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during online registration.
