FUHSO Post UTME Screening Form 2024/2025; The Federal University of Health Technology, Otukpo, has opened the registration portal for the eagerly awaited Post UTME Screening Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. Eligible candidates can now access the FUHSO Post UTME Form through the university’s website. This is an opportunity for prospective students to secure admission into the institution of higher learning. Similarly, the Direct Entry Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session is available on the FUHSO Post UTME registration portal. Candidates who meet the requirements can also apply through the portal.
Applicant Eligible for FUHSO Post UTME Screening
Certain requirements must be met to qualify for the FUHSO Post UTME screening.
Candidates who selected the Federal University of Health Technology as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 170 are eligible to apply.
Candidates must obtain at least five credit-level grades in not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level or equivalent.
Direct Entry candidates with A-level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualifications who selected FUHSO as their first/second choice institution or wish to change to FUHSO via JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.
