Please enter your surname, last name, father’s name, or family name in the “Surname” field. Note that this is a mandatory field.
Beside “First Name,” please type your first name/native name. (Note: This is a compulsory field.)
Please provide any other names you may have under the “Other Names” section.
Please enter your current and active email address next to “Email:” (Note: you will need to verify this email, and all notifications and communications regarding your application process will be sent via email. We recommend using a personal, active email address that you can access at all times. Please note that you cannot use this email address for another application).
Beside “Mobile No:”, please enter your current GSM number in the required format 080X XXX XXXX. (Note: University officials may contact you using this number during the application process).

You will receive a notification via the email you provided. This notification will include your “Application Number,” which you will need to reference throughout the application process.
You are to activate your account by doing the following:

Locate an email titled “Your Application Details” from “School of Postgraduate Studies”:

You will find your “Application Number” and “Email” specified in the e-mail:

Click on the link to activate your account. Note that you will be redirected to the application portal outside of your email account.
Your account will be verified and activated, after which you will be redirected to a page on the applications portal to generate your RRR.
Your Payment will be verified and you will get a notification via e-mail when it is done (Note: you will not be allowed to complete the application form without this verification) you are therefore advised to check the following to ensure that your payment has been confirmed:
Login to your email account
You will find an email titled “Payment Confirmation” from “The School of Postgraduate Studies”
This is confirmation that you can now log in to continue your application
If you do not get the email immediately after payment, log in to the application portal using your “Application Number” and “Email” to check if your payment has been approved.
