To qualify for the Foundation Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants who have selected Foundation Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or who are looking to change their institution to Foundation Polytechnic through JAMB, are required to have scored the minimum required cut-off mark and are eligible to apply. It is important to note that only applicants who have selected or changed to Foundation Polytechnic through JAMB, and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS, will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for Foundation Polytechnic Post UTME Form
Please take note of the following methods for applying:
Paper Application: If you are interested in applying, you may fill out the paper application form at the Admission Office on campus. Once your application is processed, you will be issued an admission letter.
Mobile Application: To apply via the mobile application, simply send your name, JAMB registration number, and course to 0706-809-2448. After 24 hours, you will receive an admission letter and will be asked to print it out.
Online Application: To apply online, visit www.foundationpoly.edu.ng or https://foundationpoly.edu.ng. If you choose www.foundationpoly.edu.ng, fill out the online admission form and submit it. If you choose https://foundationpoly.edu.ng, enter your email address and phone number, make a payment of N2,000, and receive your App ID, PIN, and serial number. Use the App ID to complete the online admission form, then print out the completed form. After 24 hours, return to the webpage and print your admission letter by clicking on the “Print Admission Letter” link.
SCREENING:
Please take note that all candidates are required to undergo a screening exercise on every working day. The necessary documents required for the screening exercise will be indicated on the Admission Letter. It is important to note that there will be no examination during the screening exercise.
Candidates are advised to adhere to the screening exercise schedule indicated on the slip they printed out after completing their online registration. The slip will indicate the scheduled date, time, and venue for the screening exercise. It is important to note that consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
All applicants for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
