Benue State Polytechnic Cut-Off Mark 2024/2025; Dear UTME candidates who have selected Benue State Polytechnic for the upcoming 2024 academic session, we would like to inform you that the institution has recently released its cut-off mark for admission. You must check if you meet the requirements and prepare accordingly. Below you will find the cut-off mark and the list of accredited courses for your reference.

For admission into Benue State Polytechnic for the 2024/2025 academic session, your UTME scores will be assessed carefully. The Polytechnic will only consider those who have achieved or exceeded the minimum cut-off mark prescribed by the institution. Please note that there is a minimum score requirement set by the Polytechnic for eligibility.

Hence, we advise you to check your UTME scores and compare them with the prescribed cut-off mark before proceeding with your admission process. Students whose UTME scores fall below the prescribed cut-off mark may not be granted admission to the university.

If you’re interested in applying for the post-UTME screening exercise at Benue State Polytechnic, please note that to be eligible, you need to have scored a minimum of 120 in the recently conducted JAMB UTME examination. It’s important to mention that the cut-off mark for all degree courses listed below is also 120. Therefore, if you have scored at least 120 in the JAMB UTME examination, you’re eligible to apply for these degree courses.

The degree courses that are available for the post-UTME screening exercise are as follows: Accountancy, Business Administration and Management, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Office Technology and Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Science Laboratory Technology and Statistics.

It is crucial to note that meeting the cut-off mark alone does not guarantee admission to the Polytechnic or your preferred degree course. Admission is also subject to meeting other requirements and criteria set by Benue State Polytechnic. For instance, you must have chosen Benue State Polytechnic as your first choice institution during your JAMB registration process. Also, you must have obtained at least five credit passes in your O’level results, including Mathematics and English Language.
