Please note that all applicants are required to collect their “eBilsPay® Transaction Receipt/PIN” from one of the receiving banks listed below Zenith Bank, First Bank, Unity Bank, or UBA Ugbokolo. Once you have obtained your receipt/PIN, please proceed to http://benpoly.net/ to validate your payment and generate your Application PIN.
Please be aware that you must complete your online application within 30 days of publication. The application fee is N5,000.00 and the payment method is NIBSS bill pay.
