How to Make Online Tuition Fee Payments at Baze University

Step 1

  1. Go to, hover over “Admissions” in the menu, and click “Fees.”
  2. On the new page, click “Click Here to Make Payment,” enter your Student ID, choose your Course/Programme, and then sign in.
  3. Select “Tuition,” choose fees 1-5, and click “Select Payment Semester.”

Click “Pay Now” and select your preferred payment method (Nigerian Cards, International Cards, or Banks), then click “Make Payment” on the new window.

  1. Please proceed to the next window and input your card details. Once done, click on the “Pay” button to complete the transaction.
  2. Please enter your Token Code or One-Time Password (OTP). Once you have entered the code, please click the “Agree” box and then click on “Submit” to proceed.
  3. Please print out the receipt that has been generated. After printing, kindly scan it and forward it to the email address Thank you.

 Step 2: Making Payment at any branch of Zenith Bank Plc, or Stanbic IBTC Bank:

Students who are unable to use Step 2; To make payments to Baze University, you can visit any branch of Zenith Bank Plc, or Stanbic IBTC Bank (For Engineering and Environmental Science Students). Please ensure to make the relevant payments into Baze University’s bank account(s) as captured at the end of the semester newsletter that was earlier sent to you. After making the payment, kindly forward the evidence of payment to, and be sure to include your Student ID Number in the remarks field of your bank teller.

N/B It is acceptable to transfer Tuition Fees via Internet or Mobile and send the evidence to the same email address mentioned above.

Step 3: After verification of your payment by the Finance Department, please log in to your Student Portal and complete the semester registration. Kindly seek guidance from your HOD or the Department’s Registration Officer if needed.

If your name is listed in the school’s admission list, we strongly recommend that you make prompt payment of your tuition and other fees. This applies to both new students and returning students. Failure to do so may result in penalties that could affect your studies negatively.
