The form can be accessed through the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Post UTME registration portal for the academic session of 2024/2025.
To be eligible to apply for admission, candidates must have chosen Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their first or second choice institution or be seeking a change of institution through JAMB. Additionally, they must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2024 UTME.

Applicant Eligible for Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To be considered for the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants must have chosen Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution or changed their institution to Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic through JAMB, and must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2024 UTME. It is important to note that only applicants whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.
Generate an invoice (RRR Number) by providing your JAMB registration number, name, and phone number.
Proceed to any commercial bank in Nigeria to purchase an electronic application pin for ₦2,000.00 (inclusive of bank and other charges) for the screening exercise.
Upload your WEAC result to JAMB’s portal and the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic portal respectively.
Use the electronic pin to access the application form on the School’s website at http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng. Fill and submit the form and download the acknowledgment slip.

REQUIREMENTS FOR Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic SCREENING EXERCISE
Please note that you are required to upload the following documents to the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic portal for the 2024/2025 UTME screening exercise:
– Photocopies of JAMB slip showing your photograph
– JAMB online result
– Other credentials
– Valid Scratch Card pin for verification of WEAC AND /or NECO result(s)
It is important to note that the screening exercise will be conducted in a dedicated calibrated format, and the result of the exercise will be published accordingly. The screening exercise date, time, and venue are as scheduled in the screening exercise slip you printed out after your online registration. Please stick to the examination dates on the test slip and ensure that you take the screening test on the scheduled date and time. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
