- Candidates who selected Adeleke University as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored the minimum cut-off mark required are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must obtain a minimum of credit grades in at least 5 subjects in their SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB results or equivalent, acquired in a maximum of two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates with A-level, OND, HND, NCE, or JUPEB qualifications who selected Adeleke University as their first or second choice institution or are seeking a change of institution to Adeleke University through JAMB and have obtained the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.
