How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post UTME Form

The FEDERAL POLY UKANA post-UTME form costs only two thousand (2,000) Naira. To apply, follow the steps below:

1. Visit the institute’s portal https://fedpolyukana.edu.ng/admission/ and register to generate an RRR number for the application form.
2. Proceed to any commercial bank to make a payment using the RRR code you generated or make a transfer.
3. After payment, log in back to the portal and confirm the payment you made using the RRR number you generated.
4. Fill out the application form with your required details and upload your O’level result. Cross-check for mistakes before submitting.
5. Click the “Submit Button.”
6. Print out your Acknowledgement Slip.

Please note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled in the screening exercise slip you printed out after your Online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.

All applicants for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
