The UTME form can be accessed through the Lens Polytechnic Post UTME registration portal.
To be eligible for admission, candidates must have chosen Lens Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution, or be seeking a change of institution through JAMB. Additionally, candidates must have scored the minimum required cut-off mark.

Applicant Eligible for Lens Polytechnic Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the Lens Polytechnic Post UTME screening, UTME applicants who have selected Lens Polytechnic as their first or second choice institution or are looking to switch to Lens Polytechnic through JAMB, having scored the minimum required cut-off mark, are eligible to apply. Please note that only applicants who have selected or changed their institution to Lens Polytechnic through JAMB and whose information appears on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.
Kindly note the following instructions regarding the Lens Polytechnic post-UTME screening process by visiting lenspolytechnic.edu.ng. Please use your JAMB registration number as your username and follow the steps below:
1. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) with your JAMB registration number as the username and the default password.
2. Proceed to make an online payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only for the screening exercise into a Lens Polytechnic account using any bank of your choice.
3. Upload a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Fill out the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields as provided.
5. Indicate your Scratch Card Pin Number for ‘O’ Levels verification such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. If you are awaiting results for any relevant subject, please indicate so and update it at a later date.
Please note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled as indicated on the screening exercise slip that you printed out after your online registration. The scheduled date, time, and venue will be indicated on the test slip. Candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
All applicants for the screening exercise must adhere to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
