Applicant Eligible for Polytechnic Ibadan Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the Polytechnic Ibadan Post UTME screening, UTME applicants who have selected Polytechnic Ibadan as their first or second choice institution, or those who wish to change their institution to Polytechnic Ibadan via JAMB and have scored the minimum required cut-off mark, are eligible to apply. It is important to note that only applicants who have chosen or changed to Polytechnic Ibadan via JAMB, and whose details are displayed on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS, will be considered for admission.
How to Apply for Polytechnic Ibadan Post UTME Form
Prospective applicants are required to access the school admission portal by visiting http://admission.polyibadan.edu.ng/, where they can complete their application process by following the instructions appropriately.
To initiate the application process, applicants are required to click on “Start Application” under the General Menu located on the left side of their screen or click on “Proceed” below and then provide their UTME Registration/Form Number and other requested information.
Once the applicant’s details (i.e. UTME Reg. No, Form No., Fullname, etc.) are supplied on the next page, they can proceed to make payment for their application. However, before making payment, they are advised to verify that their details are accurate. It’s important to note that any successful payment cannot be refunded.
After a successful payment, the applicant is required to create an account by supplying/verifying a user password, an email address, and a valid phone number.
Once an account is created, the applicant can proceed to fill out the application form by logging in to their account. It is important to note that after successfully creating an account, the applicant should always use the “Returning Applicant” link under the General Menu. However, until the payment is confirmed and an account is created, they are to use the “Start Application” link instead.
As a “Returning Applicant,” they will be able to fill out the Application Form and then complete the application process.
It’s important to note that after submitting the Application Form, the applicant will not be able to change the Passport Photograph uploaded and other details supplied. Hence, it’s important to confirm all details and ensure that the passport uploaded belongs to the applicant before submitting the Application form.
Applicants are reminded to note that the Screening Exercise is scheduled as indicated on the test slip they printed out after their Online registration. The test slip will indicate the scheduled date, time, and venue. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to appear for the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
All applicants for the screening exercise are required to adhere strictly to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
