Applicant Eligible for MAPOLY Post UTME Screening
To be eligible for the MAPOLY Post UTME screening, you must have chosen MAPOLY as your first or second choice institution or have requested a change of institution to MAPOLY through JAMB. Additionally, you must have scored the minimum required cut-off mark in the UTME. It is important to note that only applicants who have chosen or changed to MAPOLY through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

3. Fill out the application form with your details including your email address, and phone number, and upload your passport photograph.
